FIBRA Prologis Acquires 449,100 Square Feet of Class-A Logistics Space

MEXICO CITY, Nov. 30, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- FIBRA Prologis (BMV: FIBRAPL14), one of the leading owners of Class-A logistics real estate in Mexico, today announced the acquisition of 449,100 square feet of Class-A logistic space in Monterrey and Guadalajara for a total investment of US$31.5 million, including closing costs.

The acquisitions include:

  • 248,700 square foot building in Prologis Park Los Altos in Guadalajara; and
  • 200,400 square foot building in Prologis Park Apodaca in Monterrey.

As of September 30, 2018, FIBRA Prologis owned 6.1 million square feet of logistics and distribution space in the Guadalajara market, 3.9 million square feet in the Monterrey market and 34.9 million square feet throughout Mexico.
