At FIBRA Prologis, we believe logistics real estate can be a force for good. In collaboration with Prologis Mexico, we focus on creating long-term value for the communities where we operate, supporting economic opportunity, education, well-being, and inclusion.
Through the Community Workforce Initiative, we provide skills training, mentorship, and job placement services in logistics and transportation—sectors facing labor shortages. In partnership with the FORGE Foundation, we have trained 435 individuals to date, with a goal of reaching 700 trainees by 2025.
We enhance the quality of life in our parks and surrounding areas through initiatives like PARKlife™, which includes recreational areas, free little libraries, and community events. In 2023, we hosted soccer tournaments and opened new recreational spaces across Mexico.
FIBRA Prologis also contributed MXN $1 million to organizations focused on children’s well-being, health, and disability support.
Each Prologis Mexico employee receives 32 paid volunteer hours annually. In 2023, our team dedicated 494 hours to local causes, including projects on IMPACT Day, Prologis’ global day of service. Projects included renovating schools, assembling supplies for children, and improving community infrastructure across Mexico City, Monterrey, Guadalajara, Tijuana, and Ciudad Juarez.
We are committed to building an inclusive workforce that reflects the communities we serve. At year-end 2023, 47% of Prologis Mexico employees and 42% of managers were women. We continue to foster equity through learning, opportunity, and representation at all levels of our organization.
